The Plan

Planning is essential for the success of every executive search. There is no universal blueprint by which each can be planned—though with experience there are invaluable best practices learned along the way. It is important to meet and learn about the intricacies of your business, where it has been, where it is going and to gain an understanding of its culture, strategies, goals and challenges. We will work closely with you to set clear expectations, parameters and timelines and provide updates throughout the entire search process.

Today’s increased demand for and shortage of talent, makes the need for persuasive messaging and decisiveness even more essential. This is why we place so much emphasis on gaining an understanding of the specific responsibilities, objectives, functional requirements, reporting relationships, compensation and all the other necessary perks to identify those candidates who are best suited for the role and who will help your business grow, evolve and achieve its stated goals. 

 

The Route 

It is critical to identify and map out those industries, sectors, companies, roles and locations where candidates with the most relevant skill-sets and qualifications are likely to be found and develop a pipeline of prospects best qualified for the role.

The Assessment

We will implement a targeted outreach plan, assess the candidate’s interest, qualifications, fit and availability, weigh these attributes against the requirements of the role and present a short-list of candidates along with detailed recaps. 

 

The Decision

After select candidates are interviewed, we can assist in the decision-making process, help develop the offer, conduct further reference checks, assist with any negotiations and present the offer. We will maintain a dialogue with the new hire to ensure a smooth transition.

The Follow-Up

Once the candidate accepts an offer, we will follow-up to discuss how the search went, determine what we can do differently moving forward, provide any additional support and ensure that everybody’s needs were met and hopefully exceeded!
